Pathao and Steadfast booking from your order list
The order is in a Messenger thread. The address is in a note. Pathao's panel wants city, zone and area again, and Steadfast wants the same story in a second tab.
StoreOS puts both couriers next to your orders, stock and COD. You pick the orders, book the courier, and the parcel carries the name, phone, address and cash amount that are already on the order. You stop typing.

What the integration does
Book from the order
Select orders, book the courier, and keep the consignment ID on the same screen as the order. The COD amount goes with the parcel. Pathao is listed in the plugin catalog as on-demand courier booking and tracking, and Steadfast as parcel booking with webhooks.
Status comes back to the order
Couriers report back after you book: a parcel is picked up, delivered or returned. StoreOS gives you a webhook address for each courier to paste into that courier's own dashboard, and shipment status updates the matching order. You can also send WhatsApp, SMS or email when an order ships or is delivered, on plans that include SMS and WhatsApp integrations.
Pathao and Steadfast side by side
Use Pathao for one area and Steadfast for another, or keep both for backup. Both connect in Settings, then Integrations. If you run more than one store, each store keeps its own orders, stock and couriers.
How to set it up
- Have your merchant accounts ready. StoreOS is not a courier. You need your own Pathao and/or Steadfast merchant account, because they still pick up and deliver the parcel.
- Pick a paid plan. The Free plan does not include courier integration. Silver and Pro do.
- Connect the courier in Integrations.Enter the credentials from the courier's merchant panel, then validate them.
- Paste the webhook address into the courier's dashboard. Do this after you save your credentials in StoreOS. The order matters: if you paste the address first, the courier's own test fails.
- Place a test order and book it. Check that the consignment ID, address and COD amount look right before a real customer waits on it.
What stays in the courier panel
We would rather tell you than let you find out later:
- Rates. Pathao, Steadfast and RedX set their own charges and COD fees, and they change. StoreOS does not publish a rate card. Read your merchant panel before you promise a delivery fee. Our courier comparison lists the figures the couriers publish, with dates.
- Pickup, payout and return fees. These sit with the courier. Your order, SKU and customer phone number stay in StoreOS.
- RedX. It is shown as coming soon in the plugin catalog. It is not available to book from StoreOS today.
Charge the customer a fair delivery fee
The delivery fee your customer sees at checkout is separate from what the courier bills you. In the console, add Dhaka and outside-Dhaka regions, set each fee in taka, and customers pick a region at checkout. Start from your courier bill, then decide how much you pass on. Cut down on bad COD orders before you book
A courier cannot fix an order with a fake number. StoreOS can send a one-time SMS code to confirm the customer's phone at checkout (customer SMS OTP is on Silver and Pro). That helps. It does not promise to catch every fake order, and StoreOS does not include a courier-history or fraud checker. Read how to reduce fake orders in COD and what to do when a COD parcel comes back.
For developers
Couriers are plugins in the StoreOS API. A developer can configure a courier, validate its credentials and read its webhook URLs through the GraphQL API, while building a custom storefront on the same catalog and checkout. See the plugin docs.

Do I need my own Pathao or Steadfast account?
Yes. StoreOS books through your merchant account. It does not replace the courier's pickup and delivery network.
Does the Free plan include courier booking?
No. Courier booking starts on Silver (Tk 499/month, 7-day trial). Free takes COD orders. Online payment starts on Silver.
Can I use Pathao and Steadfast in the same store?
Yes. Both are available as courier plugins on paid plans, and you choose the courier when you book.
Does StoreOS support RedX?
Not yet. RedX is listed as coming soon in the plugin catalog.
Does the COD amount go to the courier automatically?
The COD amount on the order is attached to the parcel when you book. Check your first booking in the courier's panel to confirm.
