Identity__remove Role MUTATION

Requires a signed-in staff user. Needs the `identity__Role` `delete` permission. Send the `x-tenant` header (the gateway sets it from your API key).

System-admin only. Permanently deletes a platform user. Platform admin only. Needs the `identity__User` `delete` permission. Send the `x-tenant` header (the gateway sets it from your API key).
